Abseiling is a thrilling adventure activity that involves descending down a steep rock face or waterfall using a rope and harness. The abseiling activity is for adventure lovers looking for a rush of adventure on their visit to Sipi. Abseiling is done on the main waterfall Sipi at 100 meters with the best-experienced instructors over the years. The close proximity of the falling water and panoramic views provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience. To do abseiling at Sipi Falls, a traveller will receive a safety briefing, then gear up with a harness and helmet and hike to the abseiling point. With the guide’s help he/she will start descent while enjoying the experience of being surrounded by the waterfall and stunning scenery. Once they finish the descent, they will remove the equipment with the guide’s assistance. In order to ensure safety, we will use experienced guides and approved high-quality equipment that undergoes regular safety audits with the help of the mountain club of Uganda (MCU)
